We understand that you may have questions about our installation process given the situation. One of our core values is transparency, and to remain true to this commitment, we’re letting you know what you can expect when it comes to your installation. Below we answer your frequently asked questions about how we’re protecting our installers as well as you and your families.
What measures has Window World of Baton Rouge taken to protect our installers and customers alike?
To protect our employees and the customers we serve, we have implemented enhanced safety measures in response to COVID-19. Our approach is guided by data and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health organizations. We are also complying with all legally-binding mandates of Federal, State and/or local authorities.
How will my technician maintain social distancing while installing my product(s)?
Most of the installation process occurs outside of your home. If any of our installers need to enter your home, they’ll take care to maintain the recommended distance of at least 6 feet from you and members of your household. You can also easily practice safe measures such as isolating yourself and your family to one room while our technician works in another and moving as needed. We promise to practice clear and concise communication, so everyone is aware of what’s going on and where they are.
What sanitary and personal hygiene measures will my installer follow to minimize the spread of COVID-19 during the installation process?
We are following all the CDC’s recommended best practices for killing germs and lessening the chance of transmitting the virus. This includes washing our hands thoroughly before entering your home, wearing appropriate protective equipment and disinfecting all work areas at the end of each day.
My installation appointment is soon, and I am not feeling well. What should I do?
If you or anyone in your household are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment. We will do the same should one of our installation members feel ill so we can prevent the spread of the virus to you and your families.
