“First of all, the installers were a no show for the 1st appointment. Secondly, they were all Spanish with very little English skills. There definitely was a language barrier. Also forgot to mention some outer damage done by the installers to the window capping. All in all, the did a decent job on the windows themselves but other areas need to be addressed.”

“Excellent customer service. I was surprised to receive a call from David (supervisor) couple of hours prior to installation. David provided his contact information in case I had any issues with the installation. Mike and his assistant called prior to coming in and did an excellent job. They were professional and cared very much and cleaned/vacuumed.”
